We offer fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You’ll always know the cost before we start any work. Our diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair if you choose our service. We also provide discounts for repeat customers and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us, we start with a quick conversation about the issue to understand the problem. Then we schedule a convenient time, arrive on time, diagnose the appliance, and explain the repair options and cost upfront. If you approve, we complete the repair quickly and make sure everything works before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in appliance repair and home services. Our training includes working with all major appliance brands, keeping up with industry standards, and continuously improving our skills to provide reliable, high-quality service.
