They did a wonderful job working with me to determine the best garbage disposal and were prompt and we having had issues with the disposal leaking again.

Working with Xavier, Brittany and Kyle for our plumbing job was great. I highly recommend the entire team. Xavier and Brittany communicated clearly and promptly. They were able to schedule us faster than anyone else I talked to (next day!). Rates were also competitive and transparent. Kyle did the toilet installs and valve updates. He was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to get the job right. I'll be calling Phoenix Home Management again!

I first contacted them about 2 am not expecting a response until 9 am. They replied immediately!Xavier was great. Two days later, he picked up my new American Standard Champion toilet at Home Depot and installed it in less than an hour! He also took my old one away that kept backing up. No mess, no fuss. Phoenix is now my ‘go to’ company for everything they do. It’s so nice now to have a toilet that won’t get stopped up. For lunch, I’m going to get a 3 meat BBQ plate with all the fixings and then I’m going to take this baby for a test drive!

These are amazing people to work with from start to finish. We had 3 faucets installed and a toilet reset. He had to make 3 trips here and 2 trips to the store for parts. Xavier was so accommodating and friendly throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use them again!
