- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding the communication between contractor and customer the agreement and conditions will be signed in a contract with no additional fees or surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce yourself, hear the project from the customer, share ideas, explain my point of view, take measures and make a formal proposal for the project with the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am telecommunication engineer, but started in the construction field since 2018 cause my passion is to make customers happy
