1. Initial Consultation: I start by learning about your space and your specific cleaning needs. 2. Scheduling: We pick a date and time that works best for you. 3. Confirmation & ETA: I confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time the morning of service. 4. Arrival & Walkthrough: Upon arrival, I do a quick walkthrough and confirm the scope of work before starting. 5. Progress Updates: If you’re not home, I keep you informed with updates and photos as needed. 6. Completion Notice: I notify you about 30 minutes before I finish so you’re prepared. 7. Final Wrap-Up: I lock up securely if you’re away and send a final message confirming completion.
