Introduction: Hello,
I work with individuals that are experiencing burnout in their professional or personal life.
Combining different mindfulness techniques in a 3 month online program, I will help you get back to living in your joy.
The coaching is a 3 month program set for you to show up and do the work each week and check ins with me once a week to stay on tract.
I also combine other stress management techniques that are offered separately.
One is sound therapy:
Combining sound and powerful vibrations will induce you into an immediate relaxed state. This deep relaxation can start to relieve stress, improve your overall emotional well-being, help you start to think more clearly, and focus in your job performance, and day to day life. Healing sound therapy is non invasive and only requires bowls to be placed directly on or around the body. Healing sound therapy is for individuals who are looking for alternative forms of healing and is different from regular healing sound baths.

Tailored to your needs I’ll guide you in different meditations to help you deepen your practice.
