FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing straightforward and transparent. Costs depend on the size of the space, the number of access points needed, and whether you’re starting with new equipment. I’ll always explain recommendations and pricing before any work begins, and there are no surprise fees. I focus on right-sizing the solution rather than overselling hardware.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation about your space, internet service, and what isn’t working today. From there, I recommend a clean, new network setup if it’s a good fit and will address your concerns. On-site, I evaluate coverage, place access points strategically, complete the installation, and verify performance throughout the space before wrapping up. I make sure everything is working as expected and easy for you to manage going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience working with technology systems and networks, which helps me diagnose issues quickly and design solutions that are stable and practical. My focus is on applying that experience in a way that’s approachable and easy to understand for homeowners and small offices.
