- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we start by understanding their needs and walking the space to see what’s possible. Then we design a solution that fits their budget and lifestyle, explain the options clearly, and handle the install from start to finish. We wrap up with training and follow-up to make sure everything works the way they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of hands-on experience in the A/V and smart home industry. Our work ranges from running clean wiring and installing camera systems to programming Control4 smart homes and setting up reliable WiFi systems. We focus on delivering systems that perform great and are simple for our clients to use every day
