Chantel F. says, "On Sunday 8/17, our worst nightmare came true. Late Sunday morning I received notifications we had lost power and I could not access our ring cameras, ADT system, or Furbo. We went home and arrived to the smell of burning and smoke. Our electrical panel (fairly new) had caught fire. It was melted and completely destroyed, we had absolutely ZERO power. Due to a referral from a neighbor, we were able to make contact with Mike. He arrived within an hour of contact and quite literally saved the day. We were unsure if we wanted to do another 100 amp panel or upgrade to a 200 amp panel, Mike brought both in order to allow us more time to make a conscious decision. He was patient while we talked through our decision and even more patient when we were having second thoughts about our decision. He provided immense guidance on what he would do, not the BS sales pitch most people give to get you to spend more money, but an empathetic opinion. Mike promised to get us power that same day (and come back to finalize everything the following weekend) and in doing so, he stayed at our house until 2AM to make sure everything was safe and that we had power. Our dogs could not thank him enough when the AC turned on at 11PM. My husband and I could not thank him enough for the absolute dedication to his job and compassion toward us he showed. For a Sunday emergency electrician call that worked through the night and into the early ours of the AM, the price was beyond reasonable. We would recommend Mike to everyone and anyone!!!"See more
