FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate while working on site. Basic 75.00 hr labor/110 hr dedicated programers. Basic consulting if in town is on us, any lengthy design plaining or long drive would add some cost. We are fair about always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting in person and get to know our clients is key. I want to get a feel for their needs by seeing the equipment and understanding their goals. We then meet after a walk threw the project at the home site or building and draw up a design to start working for the numbers until everyone feels good about the project. The fun starts after we finish and showing off the systems abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm in a classroom monthly receiving updates in programing , checking out newly release equipment and traveling to outside events to keep current in my field of work. The information changes quickly and effects our clients in both good and bad ways. So, we try to stay on top of off these things when designing larger systems and controlling unwanted expenses on smaller projects.
