FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I survive and thrive with happy, satisfied customers. That is my number one goal. I want to see the smile on your face after I got your pool up and running again, and you know that you can go swimming tonight (finally). My number 2 goal is to find a fair price that benefits both parties. Too many pool companies will cherge you an arm and a leg, to do simple easy work. I focus on finding a middle ground, where we both feel like we are winning! I want the customer to feel like they are getting a deal, because they are, but I also need to make enough money to make it worth my time. And I have no problem finding that ground with every customer. You will be no different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually set an appointment date, as well as an initial price guidline for what my services will cost. None of this is set in stone, and I prefer to do it in person on the sight. There are just too many variables when it comes to pools, to be able to give a solid estimate without being there first hand. After we have met, and the first service is performed, I like to clarify things with a verbal agreement. This includes more concrete costs and outlines exactly what is included in the service. Then hopefully, we move on week to week, with no issues and everyone stays happy! I am currently working on typing up a service agreement and quote agreement to make things a little more official. I hope you will become another one of my satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 certifications related to pools or pool equipment, in addition to 4 years of on the job training cleaning and doing repairs.
