We have English speaking Supervisors and use two to three person crews. Our crews bring all equipment and supplies to perform the work.
Our crews can clean up to 900-1,000 square feet of home space per hour. Our crews will work to clean the following in your home:
It is a ceilings to floor type cleaning. Our crews dust ceilings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds/window treatments, wipe down window sills, baseboards, when it comes to flat surfaces our crews pick things up off the flat surface and will wipe the surface clean. In bedrooms our crews will make up the beds with fresh sheets. In the restrooms our crew will dust the light fixtures, clean/polish the mirror, sanitize the backsplash, faucet fixtures, counter tops, sinks and will get mildew and soap scum build up out of the shower walls, floor, door and tub. Our crew will sanitize the toilet reservoir, seat, bowl and base. For smaller restroom floors our crews will clean the floors by hand because it is hard to use a commercial grade mop in tight spaces. In the kitchen, wipe counter tops, sink and faucet fixtures, clean exterior of all appliances, clean the interior of the microwave, the range top and wipe the vent hood above it. They will wipe down the outside of the washer and dryer in the laundry room. They will wipe down all baseboards, vacuum all flooring and damp/wet mop the hard surface flooring in the home. We charge $92.01 (includes tax) per hour and provide a crew of 3 people out to clean. Our crew can clean between 900 – 1,000 sq/ft of home space per hour. We bill to the nearest quarter hour after the initial hour. This way you only pay for the exact time it takes to clean your home. Note: We only work Monday through Friday.
