The cleaning team arrived early and immediately got to work. They truly went the extra mile and paid close attention to every detail, nothing was overlooked. They were also fantastic with our pets, which made the entire experience even better. When they finished, the house was absolutely spotless. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again.

I reached out to Sylvia as I needed someone to turn my property for Airbnb purposes. I'm very particular and detailed oriented so I had a specific way that the house needed to look, a welcome gift prepared and extra emphasis on trust to be timely and available consistently as my guests were expecting a clean house and at every check-in. Sylvia and her team executed on all my requests. They take pictures after every clean and sent them for review/documentation. She has a client portal that allows you to quickly book cleanings and she's been available last minute every time. I also have her direct cell number so I'll text her with special requests and she usually responds within 15 minutes so easy to communicate with. The invoicing process is easy as there is an auto-pay setup on the client portal that bills monthly. The team is proactive in reviewing my listing pictures to ensure the house is setup/staged exactly how I expect it. This is a professionally ran business and she is a treat to work with! Thank you for relieving me of my worries as an Airbnb host. We appreciate you!

Ceci's maids did two services for me - move in and out. They were very nice and made sure to do everything I wanted. At the end they asked me to walk through and offered to fix anything if it wasn't to my satisfaction, I would use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Our rates are Hourly, $75 +tax for weekly service, $85 +tax for biweekly service and $95+tax for monthly services or Move out services. We send teams of 2 cleaners (Minimum 1 hour per cleaning)
- There are not contracts.
- There are no hidden fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get basic information such as email address, phone number, and physical address so we can send you an estimate via email confirmation or text. Once you receive our estimate you can review and approve it. When we get your approval you will get an email confirmation with the date and time frame for your cleaning appointment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our Team members having being working together since 2006 in the hospitality industry, we decided to take a different route and created Ceci's Maids at Your Service on July 2014. We are new as a company in the market but we have an extensive background in the cleaning industry.
