- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. We always confirm the final price before the job starts based on the size of the home and the scope of work. For returning clients, we offer consistent pricing and priority scheduling. Payment is due on the day of service and is completed before the cleaner leaves the property. We kindly ask clients to review the cleaning during or immediately after completion so payment can be finalized on-site. We do not offer post-service billing or next-day payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short conversation about your home and what type of cleaning you need. After confirming the scope and price, we schedule the visit, arrive on time, and complete the cleaning carefully and efficiently. Photos are welcome if you’d like a more accurate estimate — they help us plan properly and avoid surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential cleaning, including apartments, houses, move-in/move-out cleanings, and routine services. We focus on attention to detail, consistency, and using safe, effective cleaning products.
