Customer service was good at first, cleaning quality not so much. They did send another cleaning person that was really nice and much better for the second visit. After some time they seemed to start having issues with staffing but then I started to get suspicious since the staffing issues always had all type of excuses even though my schedule is super flexible. At the end I realized I was being ghosted and it may have been because my house is not an Airbnb and therefore don't want to do business with me even though I have a very small and uncluttered house? Don't know, as you can see I'm utterly confused. They also never replied to my dilemma which sucks because I desperately needed my house feeling fresh and clean and being ghosted is the wordt, so here I am. Luckily I found a way better service through Thumbtack, better quality and same rate + a super well deserved tip.

I was surprised with their response time to accommodate my move out clean, but very disappointed with their services. Prior to the cleaners arriving they assured me that I was getting the best cleaners they had to offer. To my surprise, two young men arrived to my home to perform this deep clean. To ensure we were on the same page I sent them a full list of what I was needing. However, when they left, some areas were dirtier than I found them. I had to call the manager, who had to send them back out for me to walk behind them every step of the way. I will not be using their service again!
