- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing transparent and fair, based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need. We don’t believe in hidden fees — what we quote is what you’ll pay. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and bundle deals for move-in/move-out or deep cleaning services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a quick phone call or message to get an idea of your needs and your home’s layout. From there, we’ll either give you a quote or schedule a free walkthrough if the job is more detailed. Once everything is clear, we book a time that works for you and show up ready to clean — no surprises, just great service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While we didn’t go to school for cleaning, we’ve spent years developing strong systems and techniques to make homes truly sparkle. We’ve trained extensively on the safest and most effective products, including eco-friendly options, and we’re always refining our process to be more efficient and detail-focused.
