- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job rather than by the hour so that we can guarantee customer satisfaction. Once we are on-site, if we determine that your home is bigger than you estimated or requires more exhaustive cleaning than projected at quoting we will let you know BEFORE we start cleaning. This is how we maintain transparency and earn your trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we learn some details about your home, we can give you an exact quote to get it clean from top-to-bottom - or to focus intensive cleaning on a specific problem area. Once our team arrives at your home, they will do a walkthrough with you to fully understand your needs. They’ll do another walkthrough with you at the end to make sure you’re delighted with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my husband has a Master of Science in Plant Pathology. We have four children. Our experience has taught us how important a clean home is for busy parents, working professionals, and retired Texans.
