- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to request a booking, we provide a personalized quote tailored to their specific needs. We then request that the booking be made directly on our website, where the customer can choose their preferred date and time. Once booked, a cleaner will be assigned, and the customer will receive an email confirmation with all the booking details. We also accept bookings over the phone or can guide customers through the online process if needed. We recommend visiting our website to explore the various cleaning options, such as standard, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out services. For first-time customers, we suggest starting with a deep cleaning, followed by regular standard cleanings, though the final decision is entirely up to the customer.
