- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide pricing based on your specific needs and the time that it will take to clean your space. Depending on the time needed to fully address your home, we can customize a price that's right for you. To hold the appointment we need to have a credit card on file. Last minute cancellations carry a fee of $40.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a final walk through when we arrive and confirm our estimate with our customers. Our manager will call you to confirm any priorities you have for the cleaning and if you agree we will charge the credit card on file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees go through several weeks of training and must pass a test to verify skills learned.
