- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour for our design and meeting time. Our current hourly rate is $150/hour. Any purchases made through us are discounted off of retail, giving you designer quality furnishings at a price below retail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet for about an hour free of charge to see the scope of the project. If the client and designer feel like it is a good fit then we develop a game plan. With that in place we move forward with drawings if needed, and selections. Some projects are quick and finish within a couple of months, others take longer. Many clients begin with one space and then move into the rest of the house once we complete a room people want the rest of their home to feel the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both trained interior designers with 4 year Bachelor of Arts degrees and over 20 years of experience in the industry.
