- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different, so we price by package, not by the hour. On the Free Design Meet & Greet (30 min on Zoom) you'll find out what your interior will cost before you commit to anything. We plan furniture to your budget and show you where you can save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free Design Meet & Greet, 30 min on Zoom: what it will cost, where people lose money, similar homes we've done. 2. Written proposal with package, budget and timeline. 3. Design: furniture layouts, mood boards, 3D renders, shopping list. 4. Build and install: feature walls, built-ins, finishing. 5. Final styling, so your home feels finished, not half-done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Katya: Master's degree in Design (2006) and New York Institute of Art and Design (2018). Tony: art degree in Film and Video with a concentration in computer animation, Columbia College Chicago, and 25+ years as a 3D artist and art director. That's why you see your home in 3D before anything is bought or built.
