- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different, so in order to give you the most accurate price - we need to know the full scope of the work. This means things like how much area needs to be taped off, what the actual surface area of your space that needs to be painted is (because square footage of room doesn’t equal square footage of painted area!), and the color and condition of your walls
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is usually a phone call to get some details about your project to make sure we can service your needs adequate. If we are a match for the services needed, we set up an in person appointment on on site with the owner of the property to discuss scope of work and pricing. We have a very fast turn around and can usually present your an estimate on site. We email you a copy of the bid via docusign and once you sign it we can schedule work very quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have work with other big Painting companies around Texas. Learning from every individual we come across and use the techniques that are more suitable for each job. As they say Practice makes Perfect.
