Hugo does great work and does not price gouge. He painted our entire home interior, and we love the results. He's detailed oriented and knowledgable about paint color/undertone and paint types. He's trustworthy, responsive, and a good problem-solver. Highly recommend. Will hire Hugo again when I need help with something!
