Let me start by saying that I am that person who does hours/days of research before selecting a vendor/service provider for something. I chose Jorge because he was super responsive, professional, flexible, and offered the best pricing. There was another pro I talked to who offered to do my job for a bit less, but it was almost too low of a price that I feared the quality would be affected. On the flip side of that there were other pros that were charging WAY more than I felt was reasonable. So Jorge’s quote in my opinion was fair and on point. Furthermore, he was able to start my job immediately and finished in about a week which is quite quick considering the task. He handmade some beautiful floating wood shelves and hung them in a recessed nook in my home, converted a cabinet to a pull out trash can using hand made materials, and he knocked out some kitchen island shelves to create more island seating for me which required drywall, and laying down new floorboards. So his scope goes well beyond carpentry. Lastly, I recently reached out to him to see if he could come back and tweak the pull out trash can just a smidge as I want it to pull a bit easier and he was quick to say “absolutely, no problem.” This guy is a class act. If you are considering any home renovations within his scope of expertise you should hire him. You won’t be disappointed. I will be referring him to everyone I know who needs work done like what he did for me! Thanks again, Jorge!

Jorge did a great job! I had a leak in one of my tenants unit and had to find someone who repairs Sheetrock. Jorge was quick to respond on Thumbtack. He was prepared and had the right tools, texture, and material to do all the job. Also, he was super organized and covered the entire area and this was a huge plus for me and the tenant. He was detailed, professional, and provided great quality work. My place is a 1980s building yet he was able to match the texture. As you can see, it’s almost like the leak did not happen. If you hire Jorge you will not be disappointed.
