- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project has different variables and thus a specialized quote once project details are discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begin by speaking via the thumbtack platform, pictures can be helpful initially to get the process rolling. Then a meeting in person or on the phone can be arranged. The client can decide whether they want an estimate or an hourly rate for our pro design's service. We can make up an estimate /contract for larger jobs , once finalized work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completion of the master gardener state certified program. Completion of college horticuluture classes specific to landscape design, installation, and arborist service. Carpentry skills developed through hands on work with master Carpenters.
