We were in hurry and he sais he was on the way(it was 6 pm), and he sent us a messge that he would be arrived at 8 :30 pm. If he didn't say "on the way" We would go to the goodby party for us. Anyway we don't have any other choice And what happend us? He told us, He just saw a sofa in the photo so he said $150 but he wanted $250 for 1 small truck. Arrive on time not 3 hours late, do a complete move out cleaning including drawers/cabinets rather than a rush job where the customer has to finish the job themselves because of the poor quality of service.
