Mr. Jones arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which I truly appreciated. I had accumulated a considerable amount of small junk that needed to be cleared away, and I was feeling quite overwhelmed. He took the time to assess the items I needed removed, including old appliances and various odds and ends cluttering my space.
