Mr Jones was very professional and communicative. The job before ours took longer than expected and he called to let us know. Later I realized he was about half an hour away but he was going to try to come here to keep our appointment time and return back to the previous job to finish. The fact that he was willing to drive out of his way to be on time shows the dedication to customer service. He texted me periodically to keep me up to date.
