FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am all for ballin on a budget. So while I value my time and skills, I am open to discussing prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
QUICK PLANTS This service is for clients who know what they want and/ or are wanting just a handful of plants. Includes an on-site $50 consultation. That fee includes one photorealistic rendering but no plan; any additional renderings are +$25 each. If you decide you would like Angie's Garden to do the work, that $50 will get taken off your final total. FULL DESIGN SERVICE This service is for customers who are wanting a complete re-imagining of their garden. If a customer is interested in a full design, we will schedule a consultation where we talk about what you're wanting from your outdoor space. That consultation is $300 and includes a plan drawing, bid for materials/ labor and rendering. $50 is paid at the conclusion of the consultation, the remainder can be paid upon the receiving the deliverables. This process takes about 2 weeks to get something back to you. Up to 2 rounds of changes are included, after that it will be an additional $75 per new set of alterations. Any additional renderings will also be +$25. If it's a good fit for Angie's Garden to install (we do primarily softscaping), we will charge the cost of materials + a 10% materials fee paid up front. Labor costs and remaining materials will be paid at the completion of the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon, and have had the opportunity to design school farms and residential gardens.
