- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because no project is ever the same, we unfortunately do not offer standard pricing for our services. However, in many cases we can provide estimates on some types of projects with basic information and a few photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with getting to know my customer's need. I actively listen to what my customer wants to do. Once I have a thorough understanding of what needs to happen, I begin to develop a solution. I make recommendations based on the customers feedback. Copious notes are taken during our initial meeting. In most cases, I make a professional recommendation regarding a solution and provide a quote on the spot. Once the customer accepts our proposal and makes their deposit, we schedule their project. We set our customers expectations in regards to their project timeline, materials logistics, scheduling, and installation. I provide my personal cell phone where I can be reached with questions regarding their project. I am available to our customers as much as possible, if I am ever unable to respond, a customer service rep is able to answer nearly all questions as well. We don't complete a project without a customer walk through or a final approval from our customers. We make sure to get it right the first time.
