Because of that guidance, I was able to purchase the correct irrigation panel before our appointment. When Scott arrived, we had exactly what we needed on hand, which made the visit efficient. He swapped out the panel, helped troubleshoot everything, and got our system up and running again.
Now our sprinklers are ready for spring. Scott was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — we really appreciated his help.

He was honest, reasonable, and punctual. Complete opposite of the previous company I hired.
He diagnosed and told me the options in clear terms, he worked with me online to prediagnose the problem and reached an agreeable term, and was there when he said he would be.
The previous company delayed coming to fix my problem for 2 weeks! Kept rescheduling and delaying. Ruined at least 3 fully booked (on my schedule of plans) days where I didn’t know what time they would arrive. They rewired the whole thing but used the wrong wire so no voltage came through and was going to charge me 250 dollars each for the two valves AFTER they didn’t fix it. Innovation Grounds was the name of the company. Stay away.
Scott is going to give me a better estimate to fix the screw up that the previous company did. Dude’s an honest contractor. Highly recommend.
