- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes for the most part with lawns, I usually charge smaller lawns at $25 and up for mowing edging and cleaning and so forth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I let them know that I am trust worthy and I'm not just there to get their money. I like to do the job right so they can be satisfied. I also offer discounts to people who use me again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no college background but I've been mentored by professionals in the fields of hom building and lawn services. They are also my references whom I use to expand my services.
