Edward with ASE was very quick to respond to my post (which I posted late at night) and came the next day to see the property and give a bid. He was very pleasant to work with. He was friendly and very positive. His quote was very fair. He was able to start the demolition the next morning and started at 8:00 am and finished before the end of the day. I was very pleased with his quality of work. If you want to hire someone who is pleasant to work with, is punctual, is very professional, takes pride in his work, and offers a fair bid, then you need to hire ASE.
