Jacob installed a metal railing as well as a number of modifications and fixes for my entire backyard fence and gates in order to pass inspection. He did an outstanding job on everything! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and though there were some unforeseen complications and issues, he was quick to find solutions and kept pricing on everything very affordable. He will be the first person I call if I ever have anything come up in the future. Thanks so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lyons Legacy has a 2 Hour minimum booking charge. This is in order to protect the time of our employees. If a booking is canceled with less than 24 hours in advance notice booking charge may not be refunded. Any appointment that is booked without establishing a work agreement will not be set in stone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish project direction through a detailed dicussion and gather info to provide a work agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive experience in project management, fencing, painting, electrical, drywall, doors, appliance installation, flooring, basic plumbing, remodels etc.
