- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my price affordable compared to the average cost. Life coaching is something I do as a passion, but I’m fortunate enough to have a full-time job I love. This allows me to be able to offer rates that make life coaching more accessible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the customer is key. Solutions can’t just be copy and pasted from one person to the next. My main goal when starting to work with someone is to understand what makes them tick and what their vision of the future looks like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From a financial perspective, I got my degree in financial planning and worked for two years in the industry. For career and life planning, this is an area I’ve gotten a lot more experience when transitioning to a leadership role.
