Includes everything in the Reset & Reclaim Package, plus: 📲 1–2 guided check-ins per week via text or email for encouragement and progress tracking 🎧 Optional voice notes, grounding exercises, or custom affirmations 📅 Priority scheduling and flexible rescheduling 🔄 Ongoing Support ✨ Clients continuing month-to-month receive a $50 loyalty discount every third month. 💻 All sessions are virtual. Connection is key. That’s why I begin with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your goals, expectations, and what you’re hoping to shift in your life. From there, we schedule your Discovery Session, which sets the foundation for our work together. I tailor each experience to you—your pace, your comfort level, and your growth.
