With years of training and experience, I have gained the expertise to provide you with the tools you need to respond to your child’s behavior in a way that respects and honors both you and your child. I am here to help your family communicate effectively in almost any situation. ~Experience~
I have been working in childcare and education for 12+ years. I graduated with a Summa cum laude degree in Sociology focusing on Child Development. I have taught in various schools, from Montessori to Waldorf to play-based private schools. In addition to caregiving, I have worked at an Autism center teaching both children and adults with severe autism. I have also spent time as a virtual life coach providing guidance and practical life skills for adolescents with mild autism. More recently I have spent time one on one coaching parents on how to respond to their children’s behaviors in a way that respects and honors both the child and the parent. Ultimately, I have found my passion in providing the knowledge and tools I have gained throughout my diverse experience to parents and their young children in order to bring families relief and deepen sustainable relationships with their children.

I’ve been doing bi weekly sessions with Bella and have not only noticed a difference in my connection with my 2 year old but also an improvement in my relationship with my husband as we are finally on the same page. Classes with Bella have helped me better navigate through the toddler years with my daughter. Bella is very professional and gives great advice and insight into improving toddler behavior and possible causes the behavior stems from. Bella has consistently provided valuable teachings that every parent should be aware of.

I have worked with Bella now for nearly one year. The magnitude of learning that has occurred both for my son, and for me is beyond description. Teddy is only two and cleans up all of his messes, almost completely dresses himself, and much more! Most important to me is that I have learned a form of discipline that is non-violent, and does not use deprivation of attention to try and produce an outcome. He is now entering the “terrible two’s” and in so many ways life has actually gotten easier for us. Finally, the bond between him and I is much stronger than I could’ve imagined as using communication over threats leaves us both feeling empowered. These are simple ideas but hard to put into practice. Without Bella‘s help I have no idea what things would look like today! So grateful!!!

It’s been an absolutely wonderful experience with Izabella thus far. My husband and I are immensely grateful for the ways that she shows up for both our 4 year old daughter and for us. In the short 2 months that we have been working together there have been major shifts in our daughter’s mood. We did a major move about 6 months ago and so our little ones day-to-day was disrupted. Izabella has helped us to create thoughtful structure which has rekindled our daughter’s independence, creativity and sweet personality. With Izabella’s guidance, we have been able to strengthen our communication and therefore bond with our daughter. We are so grateful, thank you Izabella!!

Bella worked for several years with my son and I cannot say enough about her! He is on the autism spectrum and needed a calm presence who could help him with life skills. We have worked with her online and in person and she was equally effective in both. Whether cooking simple recipes with him, playing board games or outside games or just working on daily chores he always enjoyed his time with her. She reported back to us after every session with the goings on - letting us know both successes and tips for carrying on with him with to continue progess on the skills. She was flexible in what we needed as well and has also helped with homework (the bane of our existence) and reading. She gave usways to break down the work so we would have less meltdowns. I would recommend Bella for working with students or children with out reservation.
