- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the package. Larger packages have lower hourly rates. Hour-by-hour or a la carte pricing is available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have a 15-minute "hello" call where we get to know each other and see what your needs are. During the call, I can give you options for a coaching program. Once we have a program set, we can start as soon as is convenient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was young, I studied psychology during my bachelor's in college in Yangon, Myanmar. Later, after moving to the U.S., I started training and education through Landmark Worldwide. I've been a coach and worked in program fulfillment with Landmark since 1997. In recent years, I have supplemented my training from Landmark with other disciplines and ideas, allowing me to coach and work with people in a personalized fashion.
