- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to reflect personalized, high-touch coaching rather than one-size-fits-all advice. I offer single sessions as well as ongoing support packages, depending on your goals and the level of accountability you want. If you are looking for deeper transformation, multiple sessions are usually more effective than a one-time call. Any package pricing, expectations, and scope of support will always be clearly outlined upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually begin with an initial conversation to understand where you are now, what patterns or challenges you are experiencing, and what you want to create moving forward. From there, we identify the biggest priorities, clarify goals, and build a coaching approach that feels practical, honest, and personalized to you. In our sessions, we look at mindset, emotional patterns, communication, dating or relationship dynamics, and the habits that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you leave each session with both insight and clear next steps you can actually apply in real life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology as well as a coaching certification from the Relationship Coaching Institute. My background also includes hands-on experience working closely with clients on dating, relationships, communication, confidence, and personal growth. I blend formal training with practical coaching tools to help people create healthier patterns and more aligned relationships.
