It starts with her presence. She has the calmness and the smile that radiates. Her guided mediations have taken me to places when I really felt connected with source energy. I enjoy her yoga sessions and hikes. I try to not miss any opportunity for being with her / in her presence.

Grateful for Joyce's gift!! I left our sessions feeling relaxed and energized at the same time - my energy felt pleasantly balanced. I would go in feeling stress and anxiety, an urgent, hurried feeling and leave feeling peaceful, centered, grounded, calm. My focus was much better when I'd go back to work or other activities.

I prefer (not required) to have a short 15 conversation before having our first session to know specifics for our goal and where you are at now.
