Introduction: I've been teaching Yoga and meditation for over 15 years. I teach in all environments: studios, on-site at companies, on international retreats and one-on-one in home and virtually. I am passionate about the positive effects these practices can have, not yet for physical strength, flexibility and ease, but also in all aspects of your life. Before teaching, I was working in the corporate arena, so I know how these practices can help those who are busy and stressed. I am a certified iRest teacher and love to guide meditations that can help you find peace and relaxation in the midst of real life. I will help you find a practice that is right for you!

Lisa is awesome! She is the best yoga teacher i've ever had, and I've been doing yoga for a long time. She has a way of making everyone feel as though we are all in the same room, and connected to one another, even though we are on Zoom and many miles away. Her ability to mix both meditation with movement is unsurpassed, and at the end of class, i ALWAYS feel better. Thank you!

Lisa is a wonderful teacher in person and on Zoom. And her videos are great to have also. She's infinitely skilled and knoiws a lot about yoga and the art of teaching. My favorite teacher.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have an intial discussion with new clients about their intentions for a meditation or Yoga practice. Everyone is different, and I tailor the program specifically for each clients needs. Meditation and Yoga can support us in so many ways in our lives.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over 500 hours of Yoga and Meditation training and over 1000 hours of teaching. I am a certified Yoga teacher and a certified iRest meditation teacher. I also have completed the Institute of Organizational Mindfulness certification. All of this, in addition to many years in corporate marketing, helps me really meet my clients where they are--I understand the pressures that come with life, and I'm here to give you tools to alleviate that stress.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The most important thing is to feel comfortable and that you can really be yourself and feel safe and relaxed around the person.
