For larger projects or when multiple services are combined, I can offer discount options. My commitment is to deliver high-quality results, use good materials, and maintain complete honesty throughout every stage of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new customer starts with an initial conversation to understand their needs, ideas, and expectations. I then schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the project, take measurements, and provide a clear and detailed estimate. Once approved, we set the work plan, timeline, and materials. Throughout the project, I maintain clear communication, and at the end, we review the work together to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is based on hands-on experience and continuous learning in the field. Over the years, I’ve gained practical training by working on real projects involving remodeling, flooring installation, fencing, and general home improvements. I also stay up to date with new techniques, materials, and best practices to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
