Got brakes done for fraction of the dealership price. I was pleasantly surprised when Chris let me know after inspection I only needed rear pads and not a full set when he easily could have just sold an entire set. Its that type of integrity that creates return customers, of which I will be one.

I needed new brakes in a pinch and the whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Jeff and Tyler were patient when it came to answering my questions and made scheduling a breeze. Tim, the tech, came out promptly and managed to replace all 4 brake pads in less than an hour. As someone who knows little about cars, any kind of maintenance work can be daunting. Tim was professional, answered my questions and put me at ease! 10/10 experience.

I had a great experience. The technician showed up right on time and was very pleasant to talk with. He did a thorough exam of my car and told me exactly what was wrong without trying to upsell me. He specifcally told me that there was work he could do but it was not necessary. He then completed the needed work quickly and even test drove the car to make sure everything was ok. It was far cheaper than other autoshops I had spoken to and the fact that they came to my house was the cherry on top. Would definitely recomend Brakes To Go!
