Weekday rates for local moves : (under 15 miles) : 170 hr (two hour minimum plus mileage fees;open to smaller moves for special rates, message to inquire) Quotes don't include mileage for long distance moves, or moves over 15 miles . Due to changing local cost or state cost. Mileage fees occur after 15 miles of travel. Two hour mininum ,unless otherwise agree upon. Ask us about or senior discount rates and disability rates. Wrap, bubble wrap,mattress covers, tape, rope are an additional cost ) Holiday rates : Inquire for details Sunday :(by appointment only with deposit depending on size of move) Out of state moves : inquire for details Items we won't move except in rare scenarios : Live plants Propane Gas Any aerosols sprays Some pool tables Additional charge for these items when doing moves: Pianos ; Stairs : ** 2nd story, 3rd story moves or beyond are additional cost Pianos and Stairs : **grand pianos are $580 (additional +$400 per flight of stairs) Baby grand : $480 (+$350 additional per flight of stairs) **upright pianos : $380( +$250 per flight of stairs ) *** $15 extra per step on entry way stairs,porches,etc etc French door/Full size Refrigerators: additional charge Distance : An additional $60 fee for moves beyond 15 miles of local area. (Moves outside of local area will incur an additional fee based on mileage ) **Pelton treadmills : $300(additional charge if it has to be taken apart and reassembled at destination) ** all other treadmills: $150-$200+** **$100 fee per flight of stairs for treadmills over 200lbs **items weighing over 200 lbs will occur additionally fees for flights of stairs. (depending on weight of treadmill) ** China cabinets : $240 ***specialty items not listed (inquire for prices) ***ex: heavy safes or any other heavy items not listed (200lb-600lb, 600lbs- 1,200lbs) ,statues (100-500lbs), marble counter tops, furniture or commercial equipment that measures over 6'9' and or weighs over 200 lbs) are an additional cost ***Steps with items above 700 lbs additional $100 per location. Flights of stairs for these items will be based per item. *****Inclement weather can effect appointment dates, due to liability coverage. ( rain, snow, thunder in appointment area etc) Appointments will be rescheduled for no extra cost. A $50 charge might occur after a first reschedule, due to non weather related postponements. There will be $100-$150 deposit for 3 to 4 bedroom homes. Also for moves that will take more than 5 hours. Cancelations done under 10 hours of move will incur a fee a cancelation fee . Except on moves that require less than three hours or under $500 for specialty moves. ** Additional items added beyond our initial conversation on Thumbtack/phone call or text , will incure additional cost.
