You can usually tell a good moving company from a bad one from your first call to them. How was their customer service? Where they friendly? Did they act like they WANTED your business? Did they go in to detail about your move and what it entails? A customer should always feel like all their questions have been answered and their concerns addressed before getting off the phone with a good moving company.
