They showed up early and hustled! It was pretty hot for 10:00am but they finished loading everything in about a hour from the 3rd story and even sold us their straps for cheap because we forgot ours!

Tadd and Frank were awesome!! I moved from a one story to a two story. They were careful, thorough, and really cared about our possessions. They carried our heaviest stuff to the second floor with a smile. We moved from a 4 bedroom to a 4 bedroom and there was so much stuff. My daughter and I were surprised that there were only 2 people. They worked like they were a team of 10. And then it came time to pay. It was the best deal ever. It was so much less than I had thought it would be I mean I know how much it was an hour, but I had some big stuff and the price was per hour what Tadd quoted. This company works hard and is so deserving of all accolades. Thanks Tadd and Frank. And thanks Thumbtack. Very good experience

Thank you so much. I enjoyed being at your residence, granted, the large wardrobe was challenging. We did have to disassemble the wardrobe completely and put it back together. But we have highly trained crew members who could facilitate the task. I owe a lot of credit to the people that work with me. I am glad you are happy with our service!

Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience! After doing some research and asking for quotes from tons of other moving company, 3rd Story Movers responded super quick with the most reasonable quote I could find. I even had a 3-person moving team, where as every other moving company usually only gives you 2 people and charges extra for the third. I was able to do the whole booking process online through Thumbtack, which is great for me because my job does not make it convenient for me to make personal phone calls during normal business hours. Also, unlike many other companies, they did not inundate my phone's inbox with desperate voicemails, which was nice. Tadd, the owner, was great at responding to all of my questions in a very timely manner. I received multiple confirmations and reminders of my move prior to moving day. On the day of the move, the movers showed up early and had my 1 bedroom apartment packed up in the truck within an hour. They had it all unpacked in my new 2 bedroom apartment in less than an hour. They even hooked up my washer/dryer in the new apartment for me. These guys have moving down to a science! Bottom line- Tadd and his team were super friendly, affordable, fast, efficient, careful and organized. I was a little nervous about moving because all of my friends and family were unavailable to help me on moving day, but Third Story Movers made the whole experience stress free and painless. I will definitely use them again the next time I need to move.
