Our pricing is built on total transparency: we charge zero hidden fees for stairs, trucks, or fuel. To guarantee a premium service level and maintain strict compliance with Texas state insurance regulations, we operate with a standard two-hour minimum. Our base rate is $280, which covers a fully equipped team for those first two hours. After that, we bill in simple 15-minute increments ($35 per 15 minutes), ensuring you only pay for the exact time you use. If you need packing services, we are more than happy to handle it—we simply bill for the professional-grade packing materials used to keep your items secure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us, you will speak directly with our friendly staff, who are looking forward to helping you put together an accurate quote. To ensure a seamless moving experience, we follow a straightforward, proven process: Detailed Assessment: We start by gathering a comprehensive inventory of your belongings and noting the size of your home, as well as any additional garages or storage units. Transparent Estimating: Based on our years of experience, we will recommend the optimal crew size for your specific move and provide a clear price estimate based on the projected hours needed. Flexible Scheduling: Once you approve the estimate, we will lock your preferred date into our calendar. You can choose either a morning (9:00 AM) or afternoon (2:00 PM) slot, depending on what works best for you.
