- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a two hour minimum for any job that we take. For any longer distance moves where the drive distance is greater than two hours we charge for gas. Interstate moves we also do but the cost will vary based on distance and the labor involved to facilitate the move
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to scope out the job by talking through with the customer their needs and wants. Ask about an inventory of everything they plan to take as well as pictures to inform us if we need anything special to accommodate their moving needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of professional moving experience from packing, loading, disassembly, and reassembly to ensure your move goes as smooth as possible
