Provence Catering is brought to you by Chef Raphael Lambert. I provide a service of personal chef, cooking lessons and Catering. I was trained in France, studied at Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon and worked for Chef Guy Savoy in Paris and Michel Bras. I was executive chef in Boston for 10 years at restaurant La Voile. I always use the best seasonal ingredients and organic if available. I also customize most of my menus to each customer. My job is to make sure my clients have a fantastic time with friends and family while I take care of the rest. I will shop for produce, cook, serve and clean up before I leave. I moved to Austin in July 2018 and exited to bring French and Mediterranean Cuisine to y’all!

We had so much fun! The food was incredible and the flow of dinner was just perfect. The steak was perfectly cooked and my mango shrimp salad was so good! I highly highly recommend you use Chef Raphael! You will not be disappointed!!

Chef Raphael was very professional and quick to respond to any and all questions we had. He prepared an amazing meal for all of us and there was plenty of food. He left the kitchen cleaner than it was before he arrived and he was very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Chef Raphael to anyone interested in having a home cooked meal while visiting Austin.
