Chef Andrew whipped out a seven course tapas meal for a group of friends and it was outstanding. You can tel he truly loves cooking and make pieces of art. I’m a picky eater and tried and loved everything he served. This is not the first or last time we will use Chef Rossi for a group meal! Five stars!!

Chef Rossi was a dream to work with!! Extremely passionate about food and people, (think Jon Favreau of Netflix series 'Chef' but even cooler!), Rossi added so much to the entire evening. Not only happy to walk guests through what he was doing, Rossi was highly entertaining. All this aside, the food was TO DIE FOR!! I have no hesitation in recommending Chef Rossi and can't wait to work with him again!

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Rossi’s cooking several times and it is exceptional each time. He’s become our go to Chef for dinner parties. Highly recommend.
