I was getting together with some colleagues and needed a Chef who could cater to our very knowledgeable needs. All of us at one time had worked in the industry. His unique style of his creations was so beautiful, from his own version of crab cakes to the quality of unique sauces and condiments he came up with for his main courses. He is professional and very personable in his demeanor and was a delight to have as a professional Chef.
