- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can get a bartender and can pair wines with the meals as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a menu and ask if they want to substitute or change an item and they let me know of any allergies/intolerances. I always require a 25% non-refundable deposit for first time clients and we can meet in person if you have any prior hesitations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I cook every meal that I eat, and cook for my family too. I also have 4 years of restaurant industry experience.
